When attaching the hose into the dirty water tank, please ensure the panel is opened up similar to the door of a mailbox. Grasp the large rectangular end of the hose and turn it to where the opening is facing up. Next, slide the rectangular piece down into the slot on the dirty water tank. Once aligned replace the lid back onto the tank by the tabs first. Once complete attach the solution port into the base of the machine.
