We contacted Sean months ago. He was to change our chlorine system to salt. He has since, screwed up the plumbing of our filtration somehow the polaris nor the jaccuzzi receive proper performance (i.e nothing.) We paid his price up front (to our own fault) of upwards of $4k. Now he doesn't seem to have the decency to return a phone call. He is punctual and personable and his work is excellent. I will recommend Marietta Pool Pro to my friends and will call them again as needed. Sean could of made a lot of $ off of us; originally I thought skimmer had to be replaced but know water level just too high and skimmer not sealed correctly from another job ;he said just back flush it and you wont have a leak; no need to really reseal top of skimmer unless I wanted to; no service call charge even though I offered;

They did a great job, balance the chemistry and the pool looks great. They also replaced my old pump and filter. They did the work quickly and cleanly. I use them also to clean and maintain the pool and couldn't be happier with the results. Much better that national companies that send "anyone" to service the pool. I have used Marietta Pool Pro for the last 2 years after my long standing pool service provider retired. Sean has been a pleasure to deal with. Highly qualified, reliable and reasonably priced. I used Shawn for pool maintenance and some repair work. When the repair went bad and the part quit working I reached out to him. To my disappointment he never returned my calls or emails.

We stopped using him in July for weekly maintenance. His maintenance was good we just decided to do it ourselves. It's very disappointing but beware. Shawn doesn't stand behind his work. We had to have the same part replaced again Marietta Pool Pro has demonstrated a level of commitment beyond compare. Sean is very dedicated to making sure your pool is in top shape.
