The people there who take you around are very friendly, and experienced in running a facility like that. They have a vast staff that really looks out for the people's medical requirements, and they seem to be very good. The lunch that we had there was very good, and presentable. They have a pretty extensive library, a gift shop, and an exercise room. Redwood Terrace is an older facility with a wider variety of accommodations because of the way they operate the buy-in apartments and small homes.

The two rooms that I saw were being renovated for new occupants. One of the most unique features of Redwood Terrace is having a variety of homes to fit different lifestyles. At Redwood Terrace, their amenities were really nice; however, they lost my parent's paperwork. Also, they don't ever call back. The facilities were nice and they had great service, but they lost my paperwork, so I had to go back and fill it out again, but they never returned my calls, so I'm not really happy with them.
