Our stay was nice beautiful weather except for one day. Only had one issue and that was when asking for a request like toilet paper or blow dryer it would take 30 min or more and after several calls to the frontdesk to get these items. Also room service messed up our order.Fantastic hotel our family enjoyed the stay and will definitely return.We enjoyed our stay at thishotel. It was close to the Disney parks, amd over all a nice Hotel. Great breakfast, nice pools, employees very friendly , I recommend it.The kids loved the water park but closed at 6pm The room service was good and delivery guy real nice and had everything u would want for dinner condiments. Now if only room service could get there you know what together it would be a great place to stay Overall. We stay there for five days and place called for room service around 8 PM and literally just never got what we asked for. Which then had to ask the hotel manager to schedule a time to drop off said items. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me.
