Add to my profileSpring may barely be blooming where you live, but Las Vegas is plunging head first into pool season. While nearly every hotel has its own version of a day club, complete with DJs, bottle service and wall-to-wall people in the water, some of us simply want to lounge poolside without the party atmosphere. As a hotel guest, you have access to the decks, but renting a cabana for the day ensures that you get your own fun in the sun.Nearly all pools offer cushy amenities with private cabanas such as personal cocktail servers, TVs, refrigerators stocked with refreshments, and most importantly, a bit of shade from the blazing sun.
As this is Las Vegas, you'll still pay extra for bottle service if you're so inclined, but the price is right for peace of mind and your own personal oasis. At other hotels, we've rented cabanas to ensure we have a nice spot, good service and a safe.
Can we get the first two items and do we need a safe at MO? Ya, Im doing the same on memorial day. The cabanas are nice and now need to fight for a spot by the pool. Cabanas are 230 but worth it if you're there all day..i wouldnt spend the money for a short periodml. I would consider renting a cabana at a larger, busier pool (like Bellagio, Wynn, Venetian, etc.) to get a little more space and escape the masses, but at Mandarin Oriental it didn't seem necessary. We were there during prime pool season, and I think on any given day saw at most two of the cabanas occupied. We never had a problem finding loungers in a nice location, service was excellent, and I can't imagine needing a safe there. -:- Message from TripAdvisor staff -:-This topic has been closed to new posts due to inactivity.
