Check in was fine, however once we got to the room the lights in the suite (HRH tower) we were staying in were flickering. We went to go use the room phone to call down to the front desk, but the phone did not work!

Level Contributor“” Attended a concert at the Joint and stayed here. The room was very modern, clean and quiet. It's conveniently located near the venue. The parking garage is safe and parking was not a problem. The atmosphere at the casino is hopping. My only complaint is that the black jack table starts out at a min of $10. Comfortable rooms and nice beds. showing our age in that they need to get some electrical outlets close to the bed and have steady wifi. Overall a good time to forget the day of business. I've worked in the hotel business for 5 years and everyone was treated like family. These people need better training. Was given room in Casino Tower - spacious, clean and well-designed. The amenities in the hotel were great, and the casino was just large enough to be exciting without overwhelming and labyrinthine as many of the Strip hotels.
