We were actually glad they came 2 hours early, calling us to let us know too. Very friendly and professional. I use Sears for all my carpet cleaning needs. Although there have been different technicians, they have always been polite and professional. They did an amazing job. Extremely professional and detailed with the cleaning. I will definately use Sears again and recommend them to everyone that i know. Everything looked great but my hallway looked the same I can always count on Paul. See you again next year. I thought they would open up the dryer and clean out the side, but apparently they don't do that. Also, I wanted to visually see how much lint came out but I couldn't see that either. The guys were polite, arrived on time, and went to work immediately which I appreciated. The guys were great and the system is working better. All three workers were busy, busy, busy. We are planning on calling an arranging for our carpets to be cleaned soon.
