I made the appointment 2 weeks in advance and would have liked to have been asked what time I preferred for the service. They gave me a 12 noon to 3pm window and of course came right around 3pm. Jose worked very hard and I was very pleased with the way the carpet turned out. There is one remaining stain in the dining room which has gotten darker since he left. I wish your techs had additional methods of removing hard to remove stains. Overall very pleased with the service. Sears always does a very nice job with carpets.
Professional, on time and well completed. The service representative appeared to be very knowledgeable and professional. He had to take our carpet for deep cleaning, so our service has not been completed yet. I'm counting on the Sears team to get the carpet clean to our standards. Our technician, Robert Lane, was extremely professional, courteous and informative. He successfully removed the tough stains that we did not expect would come out...water stain from flooding with recent rains, wear & soil on the newer Berber and a small grease spot on the bedroom rug. We were thoroughly pleased with the service as well as the promptness and demeanor of our technician. In addition, our customer service rep Jeff covered all the bases. Our only complaint...it would be nice if the carpet dried faster...and the furniture moved itself! Carpets look like new again, great job! Robert did an outstanding job - the difference between night and day from the previous service. Finally now, my carpeting looks clean. The technician was very professional and did a superior job on the carpets. I wsill use Sears again because of him. The technician was very business like and did a great job on my carpet. I was very pleased with the job. I would recommend the technician and sears to my friends. Justin Caplan did a great job removing the stains from the carpet. Juan was exceptionally professional and great at his job. I would definitely re-use sears to clean my carpet. The technician did a very good job cleaning the carpets. We were pleased with the service and the price was reasonable. My carpet was in extremely bad shape, particularly in my Mother's bedroom. I had very little hope that the deep, old & very black stains throughout the house could be removed, but would have been pleased with even a minimal improvement. So I was absolutely stunned and amazed that nearly all of those ugly stains were gone.
In many areas this 10 yr old carpet looked brand new. I am overjoyed with the results. Your incredibly kind & skilled carpet cleaner, Mr. Juan Hernandez, was sincerely dedicated to doing the best he could for me and he certainly succeeded. Thank you again, and I'll booking another visit in the next few months to cover the areas we weren't able to get to this time. The urine spots in the carpet still have a very strong odor. This was one of the main reasons why I have the carpet cleaned. Will contact Sear tomorrow with this issue. The technician who did my carpets was Robert, and I will definitely ask for him the next time I have my carpets. Robert did a GREAT job and in addition he was very helpful and professional. Happy that the stains came out of these old carpets. Robert did a fine job. Will ask for him next time. My experience with sears service exceed my expectation . I was very pleased with the young man who came to clean the carpet--if he could do the cleaning next time it would please me. Very happy with our clean carpets. Technician was thorough and fast! The gentleman that came to clean our Carpet was just that, did a great job and was very professional Super flexible and great experience - will recommend Sears Carpet to others Brandon was VERY professional and did a GREAT job cleaning my carpet and upholstery. He was very neat and orderly while in my home and cleaned up after himself when he was completed I wish that Sears would include some sort of carpet protection or finishing, since cleaning takes so much out of the carpet. It would be a selling feature and a generic Scotch Guard product might not cost that much. There are still some spots on my carpet that I thought would have been removed by the cleaning. The technician did not wear shoe covers after he was finished, so I had to clean my floors and vacuum after he left;
however, he was very nice, knowledgeable, and a hard worker. We were very satisfied as the carpet is very old and in need of replacement. We are too old to think of replacing it. Brandon did a fast, thorough, and professional job on my carpet. I would recommend Sears to my neighbors. The only thing I was not pleased about was that the technician said they were not suppose to move any furniture-I have had this carpet cleaned many times and the people always cleaned under the couch and the two big chairs-I've used Stanely Steamer many times and they always do that-the last time my carpet was cleaned Sears cleaned it- and they cleaned under the couch and chairs---so I am wondering if you have changed your policy about doing that.The technician did a great job cleaning the carpet and I was pleased with his work-he called someone and he did clean under the couch and chairs after they gave him the O.K.Before I have anyone clean the carpet again I will ask ahead of time if they clean under the couch and chairs.
I am "84" years old and not all that strong any more so I'd appreciate them doing that for me. You were able to accommodate my request for a same-day service, which was very much appreciated. The representative was very nice and did a great job on my carpet. Would definately use again. Both if th guys that came to my house were great. I'll call sears back for carpet cleaning again. My carpets look brand new! This is the 2nd time we've used Sears to clean our carpets and chairs and I'll keep calling them back. This was my first time using Sears to clean my carpets and tile. I was happy with the service and would use them again. Jason Epps did an outstanding job. My carpet looks brand new He was professional and kind. I would recommend him to any of my friends. As a matter of fact, I already have. I'm a little concerned that the urine smell is worse today. At the time he finished yesterday it smelled clean, bt today it's worse (and pets have not been in the area).
The carpet is still damp, so I'm hoping after it dries the smell will subside. At this time, I can't say how satisfied I am. Jason explained and advised to our needs and was extremely professional. The morning of the cleaning I had changd my mind and wanted to cancel. Tech showed up before I could. He was extremely polite, explained how he was going to treat each carpet and what to expect when he was done. Extremely pleased with Tech abd service--so glad I did not cancel. Each morning getting up is like looking a new carpets! I had my carpets deotorise. The only thing I wish that someone would have told me, was the strong smell of the deotoriser.
