Paul in Electrical is Knowledgeable and very helpful I love coming to this store cause I feel the employees are very thankful for my business. When I go over to the competitor I feel like I am bothering them. At Homedepot the workers actually come up to me and others and ask if I need help and do not try to run away. After they help me find what I am looking for they ask me again if there is anything else I need help with. I really appreciate that a lot. Justin the manager and Robert the pro desk manager are super friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond and make me feel important..Jake in plumbing is great too. All the employees are really friendly! I would and do recommend this store over the competitor any day of the week.. Good going and thanks so much!! Not just one visit but every visit have I received 5 star service. This time it was from Travis yaddow in plumbing, Justin in management, and Jacob aka Jake at the pro desk. Such phenomenal service and customer care.

The store was very organized finding what I was looking for was very easy and store associates were asking me if I needed any help finding what I needed . If they have what I'm looking for, anyone in the store seems to know where it is. If they don't, they give ideas of where to search next. Facilities are clean... including restrooms. Best experience at a Home Depot anywhere! Everyone is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional at the Show Low store. Wonderful place to shop very helpful staff every trip is an enjoyable one Eric in electrical was very helpful! Also there was a inflatable Christmas item we wanted and they were sold out but offered display at a discount and took it down for us right away.
