Our rug was returned with all edges curled and wouldn't lay flat. First time had it sent back and they fixed it and returned without a charge however we didn't have a rug for 3 weeks during... I liked the man who did the work. He was very efficient . I do think they are pricey. I liked the work that was done and would use them again but I do think they are pricy. First time I used COIT I was so pleased I swore I would only ever use them to clean my carpets.
